Glitter and Flowers - Side Step Card

Hi everyone :)
Here is a fun Side Step Card that I did as a birthday card for my SIL.  I didn't get the final picture of it, but I stamped Happy Birthday on the 2nd step and added a slide out behind the step for the message.  I did all the cuts from Walk in My Garden Cricut cartridge.

You can see the video and get printable directions for how to do the base of this card here

PS to anyone who may be wondering..... I am still working on the new site, I have hurdled alot of obstacles that I didn't expect but it is still in progress and I will update you as I make the changes.  I haven't been able to spend as much time in my craft room and I hope to be making new videos and more cards as soon as I can!!

Thanks

A Wavy Card, Cut Files and Printable Directions

I had fun making this card, it was something different, and you can use the card file a couple different ways. I love the dimension on it :)  So I used Walk In My Garden Cricut Cartridge for the flowers, and the envelope was cut in Plantin Schoolbook.  I have the cut files for both here plus a video and printable instructions for the project.  Hope you all enjoy :)

Big Changes Ahead! Asking for your feedback!

I have had to take a step back and look at the progress of this site and the need to work hard to push it in the direction that I have envisioned overall.  As a result I have decided that it is the right time to make that leap and move closer to that big vision.

My ultimate goal for this site is to have a place where my fellow readers and crafters can learn and enjoy as well as bring streamlined and accessible content in a cohesive manner.  As I will continue blogging and work hard to bring informational videos and craft ideas, I think that the best direction is to combine all of my content into a web based site along side of my blog roll.  This will make all my craft information and tutorials easily accessible to new and recurring visitors.

I have big plans for this website and I am an all or nothing type of person!  Whether you are visiting for the first time or stop by regularly I would love to know what you think!!  What did you expect to see on my site or what you would love to see?  Did you have trouble finding what you were looking for?  How is the navigation?  Any feedback via comment or by personal message would be greatly appreciated and will help me build my site around what you want to see here when you visit.

I am not sure how long this progress will take but my goal is to have the site set up in this manner in the next 30 days.  I am working with several different web design software's to find the best one for my current website knowledge and budget :) During this process, I am unsure of how much new content will go up as well but I will try and stay on top of it and post new stuff when I can.

In the meantime....
I have set up a separate email account for this site and you can leave email messages for me there at MyCreativeExposure@yahoo.com

Thanks to everyone that stops by!!

Metal Roses

My son was so excited about the roses that he made "with dad", my husband works with metal and makes these on the side.  It's the kind of flower that will last a lifetime ;)  Anyway Austin was so proud of the roses he helped make, and here he is with his bouquet.  So I thought all my crafting friends would love to see these.

Here is a wedding bouquet that my husband made for some friends of ours......

A Card with Coke Can Embossing + Video

Hi Everyone, I have been wanting to try this technique for awhile "Embossing a Coke Can".  I have been fanatically saving my soda cans so that I could play with this technique, and when I seen the Cuttlebug Diamond Plate Embossing folder I knew I had to make it work for my Father's Day card!  Anyway after several hours of playing around with it I think I have it figured out, If you want to see the details watch my video and let me know what you think!  Thanks for stopping by :)
