Craft Room Redo And A Card

Hey Crafters!

I wanted to update everyone on what I have been up to the last few weeks!  After my little giveaway video, I sent a package to our randomly selected reader and that winner was Loly   and a couple days ago I recieved this beautiful card from her as a thank you (it is now sitting next to my cards I made in Robyn’s class (my pink stamper) at Crafts Direct about a year and a half ago), so thank you Loly, the first card from one of my readers Yay!  So here is her card!

 

 On another note since then I have been also moving my craft room from the basement into in actual room on our main level   I have been super excited about this and it’s turning out way better than I could have planned.  I’m about half way through the whole update and it’s going a little slower than anticipated with a few bumps in the road, but I wanted to show some pics of the process, so here it goes…..

Here is the room almost cleaned out and ready for updating

 

 And here I am about mid way through my project.Here is a list of things that are on my list
1. New Curtains (can’t find any I like or that will work so my mother is going to help me sew some)
2. Drywall patching so that I can install…
3. Full length shelves
4. Counter tops

 Started moving my furniture into the room here…….

Puppy Kennel is probably going to have to stay but fits nicely under the table by the door, desk is probably going to go once I can splurge for countertops and install shelving on the wall in the corner.

Well a lot needs to be done here, countertops on top of the stands and wall to wall shelving once I patch the drywall on the cubby (pics further down) and can’t move the internet cables until I go pick up a special tool to cut the cable and reattatch the cable end.

 

 And here is the last pic of my cubby which in is going to be partly covered so I can install shelves, and make it look more finished, but this is holding A LOT of storage!
